KA1 SCH - “Enviromental education in school” May 2022 (Turchi a Arona)

In May 2022, as part of the Erasmus+ KA1 SCH project "Environmental Education in Schools", a delegation of educators and representatives from Trabzon, Turkey, visited Istituto Marcelline in Arona, Italy. The meeting focused on exchanging good practices in environmental education, including innovative teaching methodologies and school projects promoting ecological awareness.

Hosted by Sr. Elisa, Principal De Micheli Rossi, and Professor Salina, the guests had the opportunity to learn about the institution's history and educational values. This cross-cultural collaboration provided an enriching experience for all participants, fostering mutual understanding and laying the groundwork for future partnerships in sustainability-focused education. The event was made possible with the support of the Comune di Arona, Lucia Veleva, Giorgio Pierucci, Councilor Antonio Furfaro, and Monica D’Alessandro.
